NorthStar Care Community Welcomes Paul Gray as Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer

Gray to play pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic initiative of the not-for-profit hospice organization

The NorthStar Care Community announces Paul Gray BSN, RN as Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer.

Gray serves as a member of the Executive Team, where he will help shape and execute the strategic initiatives of the NorthStar Care Community. In this role, he will focus on the organization’s national work with NorthStar Solutions Group, as well as NorthStar Palliative Care, medical affairs, and the We Honor Veterans program.

Prior to this role, Gray served as Chief Operating Officer for Centrica Care Navigators – a Kalamazoo, Michigan-based not-for-profit hospice and the most recent organization to affiliate with the NorthStar Care Community. During his six-year tenure at Centrica, his expertise in leadership development played a critical role in identifying and cultivating the next generation of leaders across the organization. Gray’s other experience includes Spectrum Health (now Corewell Health) where he began his career as a Registered Nurse and worked his way to become Director of Operations.

Gray, a resident of Plainwell, Michigan, received an associate degree in nursing from West Shore Community College in Scottville, Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from American Sentinel College of Nursing & Health Science in Aurora, Colorado.
