How to Give Gifts of Securities
Just prior to, or immediately following a transfer of securities, you or your broker should contact Emily Falicki at Arbor Hospice at 800-669-9335 or efalicki@hom.org. If you need assistance with the transfer, please contact Morgan Stanley at 800-819-0949.
Your gift may be completed via one of the following two methods:
Wire Instructions/Transfer
This is the preferred method as it is safer and there are no brokerage fees
For Stocks, Mutual Funds, and Corporate Bonds Held by a Broker:

Stock Certificates
This method is slower and more costly.
For Actual Stock Certificates
- Donor’s name should be on the certificate.
- Donor must sign Bond and Stock Power Form as their name appears on certificate.
- Need letter stating that stock is intended to be deposited into Arbor Hospice account.
- Send Stock Certificate, Bond and Stock Power Form by certified mail to:
