Arbor Hospice Brings Hope for the Holidays

Grief workshop to help during a difficult time of year

The holidays can be a difficult time for those who are grieving. Arbor Hospice welcomes the Ann Arbor and Plymouth communities to attend Hope for the Holidays, a free workshop that will give helpful tips for coping with the upcoming holidays. The Ann Arbor workshop is scheduled from 2 to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 12 at Malletts Creek Library, located at 3090 E. Eisenhower Parkway. The Plymouth workshop will be held from 2 to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 3 at the Plymouth Library, located at 223 South Main Street.

Hope for the Holidays is facilitated by Arbor Hospice’s grief support services department to help comfort families who have lost loved ones. The event is open to the public and attendance is free. Workshops are open to anyone, regardless of whether their loved one received services from Arbor Hospice.

Those interested in attending must register one week prior to the event. To register for the Ann Arbor workshop, please contact Margie Martin at 734.769.5821 or mmartin@arborhospice.org. To register for the Plymouth workshop, please contact Cindy Palmer at 734.794.5177 or cpalmer@arborhospice.org.
