DESCRIPTION:The focus of Living On support groups is to express feelings and experiences related to the loss of a loved one in a supportive\, caring\, and non-judgmental environment. Grief and loss topics are addressed as they arise\, depending on the interests of those attending the group. In this group young adults\, gather virtually with others in their 20s-30s who are also working their way through grief. This group is casual\, open\, and supportive. Bringing coffee\, tea\, breakfast\, etc. is encouraged. Facilitated by Arbor Hospice and Arbor Hospice Grief Counselors. Registration is required. The focus of these groups is to express feelings and experiences related to the loss in a supportive\, caring and non-judgmental environment. \nAbout Our Grief Support Groups\nArbor Hospice’s grief support groups provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to express their feelings and better understand the grief process. These services are offered at no charge to any member of our community mourning the loss of a loved one. Groups will be cancelled due to inclement weather when public schools and their activities are closed/cancelled within the area where the group is held or when there is a severe weather warning.
